PRASANNA LAKSHMI D 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.13507 of 2022 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.6 and 7. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the proceedings, cancelling the Revenue entries which are existed in favour of the petitioner and also directing to delete from the web land vide Khatha No.986 to an extent of Ac.3.58 Cents and Ac.0.37 Cents in RS No.51/ 1A1, Ac.01.19 Cents in RS No.51/1A3 and Ac.02.02 Cents in RS No.51/1A3B of Munnaluru Village, Kanchikacherla Mandal, NTR District (formerly Krishna District), Andhra Pradesh while disposing of the Revision Petition No.RC.D2/2072/2021 Dated 28.03.2022, which was preferred against the orders passed by the 4th respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader could not get any instructions from the respondent Nos.1 to 5 inspite of taking adjournments. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the unofficial respondents submit that the suit in O.S.No.407 of 2021 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Nandigama and the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2020 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madhira are pending. Subject to outcome of the same, they may be permitted to approach the revenue authorities concerned for mutation of their names with respect to the subject land. 5 HBKM,J W.P.No.13507 of 2022 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and upon consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsels for the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, the said request is acceded and the petitioner and the unofficial respondents are at liberty to approach the authorities concerned subject to outcome of the above said Civil Suits in accordance with law for mutation of their names, if any, for the subject land, by following the due procedure. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
