ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioners, seeking quashment of the proceedings in M.C.No.13 of 2025 on the file of Sub Divisional Magistrate Narsapuram.
2. Heard Sri P.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of, by directing the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Narsapuram to dispose of the M.C.No.13 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Narsapuram is directed to dispose of the matter in M.C.No.13 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible. The presence of the petitioners herein i.e., A-party respondents in M.C.No.13 of 2025 before the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate Court, at Narsapuram is dispensed with unless their presence is specifically directed.
