Sri.T.R.Harikumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the averments in the writ petition, would point out that the doors are to be permanently closed by a joining the retaining wall and steps are to be provided in both sides for the ingress and egress to the river, if required. 3. I notice that the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P5 before the 1st respondent herein, pointing out about the afore aspect. In such circumstances, this writ petition would stand disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P5, as expeditiously as possible, and after W.P.(C)No.12243 of 2023 4 2025:KER:25254 conducting a site inspection, within a period of eight weeks from today.
