Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with ST No. 382/2024, arising out of Nawdiha Bazar P.S Case No. 18/2022, Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 895/2022, for the offence under sections 147/148/149/307/353 of IPC, Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-B) 26/27/35 of Arms Act and Sections 17 of CLA Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 27.02.2022 at about 02:50 P.M., there ensued an encounter between Nawadiha Bazar police and extremists near Turkun forest area. On being overpowered, the extremists fled away. Arms and ammunitions were recovered from the place of occurrence. It was submitted that none of the police personnels were injured. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of the fact that the accused persons were calling each other by their names. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with ST No. 382/2024, arising out of Nawdiha Bazar P.S Case No. 18/2022, Corresponding to G.R.
