No one appears to press this appeal. 2. Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 23.02.1983 passed in S.T. No.196 of 1980 convicting and sentencing the appellants under Section 302/34 IPC. 3. On 07.01.2025 following order was passed:- "1. List revised. 2. No one is present to press this appeal. 3. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State. 4. As per office report dated 12.11.2024 both the appellants namely Suman Shanker and Pradeep Kumar have died, however, statements of the concerned persons is not on record verifying the death of the appellants and more time was sought by C.J.M. Auraiya. 5. Subsequently, order dated 18.12.2024 was passed. We find that more than about two months have already been passed. Again office has reported vide its report dated 06.01.2025 that compliance report from C.J.M. Auraiya is still awaited. 6. Office is directed to send a reminder to C.J.M. Auraiya forthwith for compliance of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court. 7. Put up this case in the additional cause list on 24.01.2025. " 3. Pursuant to aforesaid order office has submitted its report dated 24.01.2025 based on the report of C.J.M. Auraiya dated 23.01.2025 according to which both the appellants, namely, appellant no.1-Suman Shanker and appellant no.2-Pradeep Kumar are death. Statements of witnesses have already been annexed alongwith the said report. 4. In such view of the matter, present appeal, which is of the year 1983, stands abated.
