Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 at this stage. 3. At this stage, Mr. Kunwarbir Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the aforesaid respondents. Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned on Mobile No.9646354413 i.e available 24 x 7, “One Stop Centre”, District Sangrur. 4. In view of the above, present petition is disposed off with liberty to petitioners to approach the quarter concerned.
