JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatty P. S. Case No. 71 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022. 3. As per the prosecution case, 120.420 liters illicit liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise, Court No. 3, Gaya, Bihar in connection with Barachatty P.
