M/s HHBS and Company
Vs
The Union of India and others
Mr. Tereence D Cruz
… for the petitioner
Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty, Sr.Adv. Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi
… for the Administration January 17, 2025 [SR] Item no.23 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching the authorities and/or availing other remedies for refund of the earnest money deposit. It is his submission that there was no concluded contract. The issue is disputed by the learned senior counsel for the respondent-Administration. Thus, this Court leaves it open for the petitioner to assert his claim in appropriate forum, or before the authorities, if he chooses to do so. The writ petition and the connected application are accordingly disposed of.
