JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.2 in Crl.Misc.No.229/2021 dated 07.11.2022 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumkur, whereby the Family Court had granted interim maintenance of an amount of Rs.4,000/- per month each to wife and daughter, the husband is before this Court. 2. On the last occasion, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that in spite of an order passed by this Court, the Family Court had proceeded with the matter and disposed of the Crl.Misc.229/2021 and basing on the said submission, this Court had called for a report from the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumkur. Learned Judge has placed the report before this Court stating that this Court has not granted stay of further proceedings, but only that particular order is stayed. Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the fact, but unfortunately, on the last occasion, he was very vehemently arguing that when an order is passed by this Court staying all further proceedings, how can the Family Court - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31052 RPFC No. 14 of 2023 dispose of the matter and it is a clear violation of the orders passed by this Court and now after the report is received, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is altogether different. In the light of the fact that already the main Crl.Misc.No.229/2021 itself is disposed of and nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i.
