That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner Manipur from Police Station, (Ambikapur), Distict- Surguja C.G. 2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the charge sheet (challan), which has been registered as Crime No- (Ambikapur) 838/2021 at Police Station- Manipur, District- Surguja for the offence under section under section 7 of the prevention of corruption act 1988, as well as the criminal Cri case proceeding of special appeal no. no. 01/2025 and all further proceeding of the learned Trial Court against the Petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3. That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice” 3. On a pointed query being made to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to why he has not mentioned and challenged the order taking cognizance, he could not give any satisfactory answer to the same. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Special School for Intellectually Retarded Girls, Gangapur, Ambikapur, District- Sarguja (C.G.). 3 6. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1 / State is present. 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
