GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.34553 of 2022 The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in survey No.413 of Gudikal Village, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District, without issuing any show cause notice and without following the procedure as contemplated under the law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025, submits that on verification of the revenue records of Gudikal Village, the respondent authorities found the details of the lands in survey No.413, which are as follows: As per RSR: Sy. The Village Revenue Officer, Gudikal Village finally concluded that the House site pattas were issued to Class-IV employees in the subject survey No.413. But one Sri Katike Akbar Ali, son of Imam Saheb has requested to grant pattadar pass book for the said survey number to an extent 2.00 acres of Gudikal Village. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the subject land is placed in prohibitory list under Section 22(A) of Registration Act and as the house site pattas were issued to Class-IV employees in an extent of Ac.5.37 cents in survey No.413B and Ac.1.30 cents in survey No.413A is a PWD canal, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
