His client has made representation dated 26th March, 2025 to respondent no. 2. He submits, there be direction for said respondent to consider the representation. Mr. Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, it appears from the writ petition there is dispute between petitioner and private respondent in respect of the land. On query he submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. Considering the submissions made on behalf of petitioner, we, instead directing notice on private respondents, direct respondent no.2 to deal with petitioner's representation dated 26th March, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with his representation to said respondent.
