Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present application seeking modification of the order only to the extent that he shall appear before the Station House Officer, PS Aberdeen instead of PS Pahargoan on every alternate day. The order is modified to the extent that the petitioner is at liberty to appear before PS Aberdeen instead of PS Pahargoan in terms of the order dated July 07, 2025.
