Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 1815 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 386/120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 14.04.2024, at about 01:00 p.m., Ormanjhi Police, on the basis of confidential information that members of Aman Sahu Gang are coming at the constructions site of Bharatmala Road to demand rangdari, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the co-accused Allaudin Ansari. On search, firearms were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Allaudin Ansari. 4. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
