Compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Vineet Kumar Garg, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana, has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record. 2. As per the same, in compliance of order dated 08.11.2024, passed in CWP-30169-2024, legal notice dated 15.02.2024 has been decided by way of speaking order dated 07.05.2025 (Annexure R-1). Further, the petitioner has been granted promotion on the post of Forest Guard w.e.f. 01.10.2013 on notional basis. 3. A perusal of the order shows that the promotion has been granted to the petitioner on the post of Forest Guard w.e.f. 01.10.2013 along with consequential benefits. 4. Mr. P.K.Longia, DAG, Haryana, on instructions from Manjeet Singh, Office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana, submits that as regards the consequential benefits, the file has been moved and the same shall be paid within two months. 5. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no grievance subsists as of today and the contempt petition be disposed of. 6. Ordered accordingly. 7. Rule is discharged.
