1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in Cross Rapat/DDR No.21 dated 09.02.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 126(2), 351, 299, 3(5) of BNS (Annexure P-2) registered in FIR No.18 dated 09.02.2025, registered under Sections 115(3), 118(1), 351, 3(5) of BNS (Section 118(2) of BNS, 2023 added later on), at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 12.05.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
