Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 22995/2024, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner. 4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds / surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43250 of 2025(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 order. 5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 05.04.2024 passed in Cr.
