He would further submit that the back-wages and other benefit shall be released within one month from today. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted copy of order dated 17.12.2025. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the respondent, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondent is closed. 3.
