Heard Mr. Shashi Kumar Kushwaha and Mr. G.P. Mathur, learned counsel for the appellants as well as Mr. Y.S. Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the State/ respondents. 2. By way of present writ appeal under Section 2 of Sub-Section (1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench Act, 2006, the appellants, who were petitioner Nos. 1 & 4 in the writ petition have challenged the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.9630 of 2025 (Rajkumar Nandeshwar and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others), by which the writ petition filed by the writ petitioners/ appellants herein has been disposed of by the learned Single Judge with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their representation pending before the respondent authorities. 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellants wants to withdraw the instant appeal with the liberty to file an appropriate application for reviewing the impugned order. 4.
