The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to admit the revision and call for the records of the case from the Court below and after hearing parties in the matter, set aside the order dated 22.05.2025 (ANNEXURE A-1) passed by the learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg CG in Misc. Criminal Case No. 365/2022 and in effect allow the application filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. and/or pass such other orders in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. ” 2. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this revision when the case is called out. 3. The Registry has also reported that the present revision suffers from RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 various defaults and this revision is 30 days time barred, but no any application for condonation of delay has been filed in this revision. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to the applicant to file afresh after removing the defaults, if so requires. 5.
