By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/Corporation to release the dues towards the work done by the petitioner pursuance to the order dated 08/09/2014. 2 / 2 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuance to the work order dated 08/09/2014, the petitioner has completed the work which is reflected from the Work Completion Certificate dated 30/03/2016 vide Annexure P-4, however, the respondents/Corporation are not making payment of the dues towards the bill raised by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation submits that the Commissioner/Municipal Corporation shall verify and examine the grievance raised by the petitioner and if the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed and the amount is undisputed, the same shall be released within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the pleadings. 5. Having considered the submissions raised by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh to verify and examine the grievance of the petitioner and if the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed and the dues claimed by the petitioner is undisputed, the same be released within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
