1. This common judgment shall dispose of aforementioned six petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of Criminal Complaints bearing No.9417 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021, 9998 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021, 8579 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021, 9456 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021, 8777 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021 and 8576 of 2021 dated 15.11.2021 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s), at the very outset, submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. As such, all these petitions have become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, all the aforementioned 06 petitions are
disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
4. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
