Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.240 of 2023 on 12.06.2023, the respondent-Police has neither completed the investigation nor filed a charge sheet before the magistrate concerned. Hence the petitioner is constrained to file this criminal original petition. 4. It is seen from the records that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent-Police registered a case in Crime No.240 of 2023 on 12.06.2023. However, the respondent-Police has not yet filed a final report. 5.
