Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that respondent Police did not receive any complaint from the Petitioner. on the other hand, Petitioner’s wife lodged a complaint against the Petitioner and his family members, which is registered as a case in Crime No.76 of 2025 of Mahila Police Station, Kurnool District. Petitioner visited police station seeking mediation/settlement of the family issue. If petitioner approaches with written complaint, respondent Police will take necessary steps according to law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner requested to grant liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent Police and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 3 Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
