Ambedkar Konaseema District and harassing and confining the petitioner in the police station by saying that they will foist false cases against him as illegal and unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of his property in R.S.No. 504/4 to an extent of Ac. 0-60 cents situated at Peruru Village, Amalapuram Mandal, Dr.B.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
