3. This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of order dated 09.04.2025 passed in WPPIL No. 50 of
2025. By the said order, PIL was
disposed of by taking the undertaking, given by learned State Counsel that the repairing work of the Bridge would be completed by 20.04.2025, on record.
4. It is alleged by petitioner that despite the undertaking given before this Court, the work of repair of the Bridge was not completed within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions. On instructions, State Counsel submits that the work of retrofitting in the concerned Bridge was completed in the morning of 20.04.2025 and the Bridge was opened for traffic on
22.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by State Counsel. He only submits that there is some delay in complying with the order passed by this Court.
6. The order has been complied with
2025:UHC:3632 and not only the work of repair of the Bridge has been completed, but Bridge is also opened for traffic on 22.04.2025.
7. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.
