Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 307 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ramgarh.
On 17.05.2024 at about 11:00 P.M, two unknown persons opened fire outside the house of the informant. However, nobody was injured.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that later, one of the accused confessed that the petitioner had stage managed the whole occurrence.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ramgarh, or his successor, in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024.
