Ram Sagar) under Section 3(1) of UP Control of Goondas Act, 1970. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 3(1) of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 07-08-2024, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
