THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioners seek directions to the jurisdictional Police, [the second and the third respondents], to take action against the private respondent because this respondent is allegedly disobeying the interim orders granted by this Court in W.P.No.32811/2024 on 09.12.2024. Sri Fayaz Sab B.G, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that this Court in W.P.No.32811/2024 has directed the fourth respondent to maintain status quo while also - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29111 WP No. 15424 of 2025 stipulating that the petitioners shall not put up any construction or change the nature of the property or alienate the same and the fourth respondent has not heeded to this order. Ms. K.P. Yashoda, the learned Additional Government Advocate, is heard on behalf of the Police Officers and the State. It would suffice for this Court to observe that if the petitioners have a cause, they must approach the very Court which has granted the status quo order and not present another petition which would only lead to multiplicity of proceedings. Hence, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application in W.P. No.32811/2024. Sd/- (B M SHYAM PRASAD) JUDGE NV
