IN THE PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT AT CHANDIGARH 103 RA-CW-223-2025 in CWP-25741-2018 Date of Decision: 19.05.2025 KRISHNA KUMARI ... Petitioner VERSUS STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS ... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD S. BHARDWAJ. **** Present: Mr. Dilbagh Singh, Advocate for the applicant-petitioner. **** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present review application is for fixing the time scheduled within which the admissible benefits are to be granted/released to the applicant-petitioner. This Court has already awarded interest on the admissible dues @ 5% per annum w.e.f. 03.04.2008 till the actual realization/disbursement thereof. Hence, the delay, if any, occasioned by the respondents in disbursal of admissible dues already stands taken care of and the interest of the applicant- petitioner has been protected and suitably compensated by awarding interest in the event of delay in releasing the admissible dues. Hence, there is no requirement for fixing any time scheduled. The remedy, if any, available with the applicant-petitioner is to file an Execution Application in order to seek redressal of his grievance. RAJENDER KUMAR 2025.05.20 07:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order RA-CW-223-2025 in CWP-25741-2018 -2- The present application, at this stage, is misconceived as there is no procedural impropriety in the judgment passed by this Court. No ground for reviewing the impugned order is thus made out at this stage. The application in hand is thus dismissed at this stage. (VINOD S. BHARDWAJ) MAY 19, 2025.
