Heard Sri Alluri Raghu Rama Aurava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are interfering in the money matters between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent by calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station at the behest of the unofficial respondent No.4. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by the respondent No.4, a case in FIR.No.399 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 of Ramachandrapuram P.S., Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District was registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS. He would further submit that the 3 petitioner was called to the police station regarding the said crime for the purpose of investigation. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
