This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking condonation of delay of 02 days in filing rejoinder to the reply filed by Respondent No.1. 2. I.A. 18979/2026 (u/S 151 CPC) 4. This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking withdrawal of the present revocation proceedings pertaining to subject patent IN’206. It is stated in the application per se Petitioners has filed the present petition seeking revocation of Respondent No.1’s Indian Patent This is a digitally signed order. During the pendency of the proceedings, Petitioners and Respondent No.1 have entered into a Patent License Agreement that is adjustable through arbitration to settle their pending disputes and have consequently decided to withdraw their respective proceedings and/or any other claims, which are subject matter of these proceedings. In light of this, Petitioners seek withdrawal of the present petition. 6. Issue notice. 7. Ms. Asavari Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. 8. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of, permitting the Petitioners to withdraw the petition. C.O.(COMM.IPD-PAT) 26/2025 and I.As. 30598/2025 and 30599/2025 9. In light of the averments made in I.A. 18979/2026, more particularly, in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5, petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to re-institute revocation and/or any other legal proceedings in respect of subject patent IN’206 in accordance with law, if so required. 10.
