Since one maintenance proceeding is filed by the applicant before the Family Court at Yavatmal and the applicant is staying at Yavatmal, it is convenient for the non-applicant to attend both the matters at Yavatmal as he is appearing before the Yavatmal Court. 5. Hence, the application is allowed. The petition bearing H.M.P. No.386/2021 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur is hereby transferred to the Family Court at Yavatmal 6.
