Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has produced a copy of proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vuyyuru in Rc.CS/18/2025, dated 22.11.2025, whereby the petitioner’s authorization was placed under suspension. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 22.11.2025 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vuyyuru. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
