The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.47 dated 15.04.2025, registered under Sections 125, 190, 191(3), BNS 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran. 2. Reply dated 03.07.2025 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. Copy thereof, has been supplied to counsel opposite. 3. Vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation on 14.05.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.
