On examination of the application coupled with submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the same is allowed and the documents are taken on record. This letters patent appeal is directed against the order dated 20.12.2024 passed in CCP(S) No. 311/2023 whereby it was directed that respondent no.3- Director, Rural Development Department shall file fresh orders strictly in compliance with the judgment passed by this court by the next date of hearing. 2. Mr. M K Bhardwaj, learned senior counsel has submitted that the respondents have filed the compliance report in terms of the order dated 28.11.2024, which is impugned herein. 3. Even otherwise, the learned contempt court, on asking of the appellants has granted time to file fresh statement of facts along with consideration order strictly in compliance to the order dated 17.04.2023, failing which, respondent no.2 was directed to appear in person in court on the next date of hearing. 4. Since the respondents (appellants herein) have already complied with the order dated 20.12.2024 by filing compliance report, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal.
