The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it has been alleged that son of the informant was shot by Raj Kumar and Raj Kumar in his confession disclosed the name of the petitioner who provided pistol to him. 4. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/Successor Court.
