Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without following due process of law, respondents are likely to take action against the petitioner in relation to the subject vehicles bearing No.TN-66/AV-3917 and vehicle bearing No.KL-07/DH-0861 and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 3. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that respondents would take action against the petitioner in relation - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44494 WP No. 33120 of 2025 to the aforesaid subject vehicles only by following due process of law. 4. In view of the aforesaid undertaking given on instructions, on behalf of the respondent – State that they would take necessary action / steps against the petitioner only in accordance with law and by following due process of law, nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
