Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 4 and 5 to appoint nominee to the son of petitioner namely Sudesh Pratap Ray for grant service or pay minimum wages. 10.3 the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the representations submitted by petitioners in respect of claim of petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation (Annexure P-6) before respondent no. 2 raising grievances as raised in this writ petition, which is pending consideration since long, therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only praying for issuance of a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner expeditiously. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that he is not having any objection to limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. If representation of petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2/Collector to take decision on representation of petitioner dated 07.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
