ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in considering and disposing of representation, dated 30.08.2025 submitted by the Petitioner for transferring/deputing the Petitioner from Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Veladi Kothapalem, Chandarlapadu Mandal to Sri Lakshmi Tirupathamma Devasthanam, Penugranchprolu, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner was appointed as Office Staff in the year 1990 by the Founder Family Member of Respondent No.4-Temple i.e. Sri Anjaneya Swamy Vari Devasthanam, Veladi Village, Chandarlapadu Mandal, NTR District. Subsequently, in the year 2006, the Petitioner was deputed in the cadre of Junior Assistant to Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Devasthnam, Nandigama, Krishna District by Respondent No.2. The said Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Nandigama was categorized as 6-A Temple as per the provisions of The Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.

3. While so, the Petitioner was repatriated to the parent institution i.e. Respondent No.4-Temple. On representations of the Petitioner, the Petitioner was deputed to Sri Satyamma Ammavari Temple, Ambarupeta, for a period of two (2) years and the Petitioner joined in the said Temple as Junior Assistant in the year 2022. After completion of two (2) years, the Petitioner again repatriated to Respondent No.4-Temple, which is said to be categorized as 6-C Temple as per the provisions of the Endowments Act.
4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a representation was made by the Petitioner on 30.08.2025 to consider her case for 6-A Temple, so that the salaries will be consistently received by the Petitioner.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments Smt.K. Ujwala Devi submits that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, as expeditiously as possible.
6. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions;

(i) The Respondents are
directed to examine the
representation, dated 30.08.2025 of Petitioner and pass
appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks;
(ii) No order as to costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. __________________ NYAPATHY VIJAY, J
