GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "….to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in not considering/passing orders on application of the Petitioners herein for mutation of their names in revenue records including online web land records in respect of the land an extent of Ac.0.75 cents in Sy.No.509/1C of Kallur Village lands, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District vide Mee Seva Application Nos.APDL011800155932, dt.29.10.2018, DER012101327556, dt.28.1.2021 and followed by Representation, dt.20.6.2023 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to consider the request of the Petitioners for mutation of their names in all revenue records including in online web records in respect of the land an extent of Ac.0.75 cents in Sy.No.509/1C of Kallur Village lands, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District by passing orders on their Mee Seva Applications vide Nos.APDL011800155932, dt.29.10.2018, DER012101327556, dt.28.1.2021 and followed by Representation, dt.20.6.2023 and pass such other orders…." 2. The petitioners herein filed an application/representation dated 20.06.2023 praying to consider the request of the petitioners for mutation of their names in the revenue records including online records with respect to the land to an extent of Ac.0.75 cents in Sy.No.509/1C of Kallur village and Mandal, vide Mee Seva Application No.APDLO11800155932 dated 29.10.2018 and another representation/ application dated 28.01.2021 and following another representation/application dated 20.06.2023. As the respondents have not addressed the said representations/applications, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4 3. The respondents have filed counter and stated that the respondents have addressed the representation dated 20.06.2023 of the petitioners and rejected the request of the petitioners. 4. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, it is closed. The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the order to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
