June 20, 2025 [SR] Item Nos.1 & 2 Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the two writ petitions, files a copy of written instructions from the petitioner in WPA/267/2024. He submits that as the learned Central Administrative Tribunal has assumed jurisdiction and taken up the matter for hearing, his client would not like to press the writ petition No.WPA/267/2024. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of the proceeding before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, he would file a fresh application in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petitions being WPA/289/2019 and WPA/267/2019 are detagged. On the prayer of the learned
senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition being WPA/267/2024 is disposed of as not pressed. On the further prayer of the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in WPA/289/2019, the same be placed for hearing before the next Circuit Bench.
