ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner claims to be the owner of a vacant site bearing No.38a, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Nagara Sabhe, Khata No.2021 and 2272 present BBMP Khata No.2524/2272/A/38A, measuring East to West 40 feet and North to South 30 feet totally in all measuring 1200 sq.ft. He has submitted a plan to the respondent for the purpose of constructing a building thereon. The respondent has not granted the necessary sanction so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to take action in so far as Project No.PRJ/9243/2023- 2024 vide LP no.BBMP/AD.Com/RJH/2014/2023- 2024 dated 20.12.2023 vide Annexure-A in accordance with the Law in the interest of Justice and Equity.

b. Pass any other order as per the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. His submission is placed on record.
3. Hence, the following:
ORDER Respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
