Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, in pursuance of the liberty granted by the Tribunal, the petitioners conducted fresh enquiry and the enquiry report dated 31.07.2024 is submitted, which is pending consideration before the State Government. 4. As the petitioner-State Authorities have exercised the liberty granted to them under the impugned order dated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30022-DB WP No. 5566 of 2022 09.11.2021 in Application No.3153/2021 and conducted fresh enquiry against the respondent, the present writ petition would no more survive for consideration.
