This criminal revision under Section 438/442 of B.N.S., 2023 has been filed for quashing the order dated 28th August, 2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahjahanpur in Case No. 589 of 2021 (Smt. Alka Devi Vs. Shivanshu Mishra) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Puwayan, District Shahjahanpur, whereby the family court has awarded interim maintenance to opposite party no.2. 3. Today on the matter being taken up, Mr. Ved Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist states that since the present criminal revision has been filed against an interim order and during the pendency of the present revision, final order has been by the family court under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the present criminal revision has become infructuous. 4. Learned A.G.A. could not dispute the above submission advanced on behalf of the revisionist. 5. The present criminal revision is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
