Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Administration submits that the RC Case No.922/Sett/2023/473 is pending for consideration before the respondent no.3. In view of the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to conclude the proceeding in the pending case in accordance with law and as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations leveled against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
