On 01.12.2025, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the amount claimed by the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions in that regard. 3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amounts have been received by the petitioner and that nothing remains for adjudication. 4. Taking the submission into consideration, as the respondents have already paid the amount claimed by the petitioner and nothing remains for adjudication, the writ petition is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
