Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s report, the Police registered a case in Crime No.64 of 2025 of Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 115(2), 74, 351(2) read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and investigating into the case. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition can be closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case, by directing the respondent/Police to follow due procedure established under law. 5.
