1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to Opposite Party Nos.2 & 4 to register the F.I.R and to proceed with the investigation.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party Nos.5 to 7, alluring the Petitioner with an assurance to arrange a bride for his second marriage, wrongfully gained money from him but ultimately refused to fulfill his assurance.
4. Keeping in view, the nature of the complaint, there appears no material to make out a case under Section 420 of IPC.
5. Be that as it may, if the Petitioner has sufficient material to establish his case, he may, if so advised, may proceed to the Jurisdictional Magistrate by way of a complaint, for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any other direction.
7. Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
