BALA DASTAGIRI P The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 interfering into the Monetary Disputes in between the Petitioner as well as the Un-official respondents 5 to 8 , in Calling the petitioner to the Police Station Continuously pressurizing to settle the monetary issue it is nothing but interfering into the Civil/Monetary Dispute which is against the Police Standing Orders, as well as Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice Consequently to direct the Respondents 2 to 4 not to Call for the petitioner nor interfere into the Civil/Monetary disputes in between the petitioner as well as the Un-official respondents.” 2. None represented for the Petitioners. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering the monetary disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the monetary disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
